Body Milk Lotion

Creating a homemade tissue oil blend can be beneficial for nourishing and hydrating the skin.

 ½ cup Shea butter
 ¼ cup Coconut oil
 ¼ cup Sweet almond oil
 2 tbsp Beeswax pellets
1015 drops Your favorite essential oil (e.g., lavender, rose, or chamomile)
¼ tsp Vitamin E oil (optional, for added skin nourishment) Instructions:

1.Start by melting the Shea butter, coconut oil, and beeswax pellets in a double boiler or a microwave-safe bowl. If you’re using a microwave, heat in short 20-30 second bursts, stirring in between until everything is melted and well combined.

2.Once melted, remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes. You want it to be warm but not hot.

3.Add in the sweet almond oil, vitamin E oil (if using), and your chosen essential oil. Stir well to combine.

4.Pour the mixture into a clean and sterile glass jar or container. You can use a funnel to make this step easier.

5.Allow the lotion to cool and solidify at room temperature. This may take a few hours, so be patient.

6.Once the lotion has cooled and solidified, it’s ready to use! Simply scoop out a small amount and apply it to your skin as needed. It’s especially great for moisturizing dry areas like elbows, knees, and hands.
