Creating an exfoliating suspending liquid soap involves a slightly different process than traditional soap making due to the addition of exfoliating ingredients and ensuring the suspension of particles within the liquid soap.
3.750 ml Cold Tap water
1 l Suspending Liquid soap Base
250 ml Carbopol Aqua sf1
Biodegradable Exfoliating beads, or cosmetic glitter
Add carbopol; to water. Stir. Add suspending liquid soap base. Stir.
Add biodegradable beads. Stir.
