Gentle Charcoal & Kaolin Face Exfoliator

Ingredients:

• Kaolin Clay – 35g
• Colloidal Oats – 20g
• Activated Charcoal Powder – 2g
• Biodegradable Wax Beads – 4g
• Vegetable Glycerine – 10g
• Sweet Almond Oil – 8g
• Distilled Water – 18g
• Xanthan Gum – 1g
• Euxyl PE9010 – 1g
• Vitamin E Oil – 1g

Total: 100g

Method:

1. Sanitize all equipment, utensils, containers, and work surfaces before starting.
2. Pre-mix the xanthan gum into the vegetable glycerine to prevent clumping.
3. Slowly add the distilled water while mixing continuously until the gum is fully hydrated.
4. Add the kaolin clay, colloidal oats, and activated charcoal powder. Mix until smooth and evenly dispersed.
5. Add the sweet almond oil and vitamin E oil and mix thoroughly.
6. Gently fold in the biodegradable wax beads.
7. Add Euxyl PE9010 and mix thoroughly.
8. Transfer into clean jars or squeeze tubes and label accordingly.

Directions for Use:

Apply a small amount to damp skin and gently massage using circular motions for 20–30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 1–2 times per week.

Notes:

• Suitable for most skin types.
• Keep the exfoliation gentle — avoid excessive pressure when massaging onto the skin.
• Recommended final pH: 4.5–6.0 for optimal skin compatibility and preservative performance.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
