Menopause Bath Tea Recipe
A soothing botanical blend to help support relaxation, ease tension, and create a calming bath experience.
Ingredients:
1 cup dried chamomile flowers
1 cup dried lavender flowers
½ cup dried rose petals
½ cup Epsom salts
¼ cup Himalayan pink salt
Optional Additions:
10–15 drops lavender essential oil
Method:
Mix all dried botanicals and salts together.
Add to biodegradable tea bags or muslin bags.
Use approximately ½–1 cup per bath.
Place the bath tea bag into warm bath water and soak for 20–30 minutes.
