Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH)
Distilled Water
Add fragrance or essential oils at light trace if desired. Cure the soap for 4–6 weeks before use.
Can I use CBD oil instead?
Yes, but CBD oil is usually added only during the cool-down phase of a lotion (below 40°C) to help preserve the active ingredient. It is not generally recommended for cold process soap, as the high pH and heat may reduce its stability and it adds significant cost.
