HYDRATING GENTLE LIQUID FACE WASH

500 g batch

Cocamidopropyl Betaine	12%	60 g
Coco Glucoside	5%	25 g
Lauryl Glucoside	3%	15 g
Glycerine	3%	15 g
Lamesoft PO 65	2.5%	12.5 g
Hyaluronic Acid 1% solution	2%	10 g
Euxyl PE 9010	1%	5 g
TOTAL	100%	500 g

Method

1. Sanitise all equipment and containers.
2. Add distilled water to the mixing vessel.
3. Add glycerine and mix.
4. Add Hyaluronic Acid 1% solution.
5. Add Cocamidopropyl Betaine and mix gently.
6. Slowly add Coco Glucoside.
7. Add Lauryl Glucoside.
8. Add Lamesoft PO 65.
9. Add Euxyl PE 9010.
10. Mix gently to minimise foam.
11. Allow the bubbles to settle before bottling.
12. Check and adjust the final pH to approximately 5.0–5.5.

2. HYALURONIC HYDRATION SERUM

500 g batch

Ingredient	%	Grams
Distilled water	89.5%	447.5 g
Glycerine	3%	15 g
Hyaluronic Acid 1% solution	5%	25 g
Hydrolysed Collagen	1%	5 g
Hydrolysed Wheat Protein	0.5%	2.5 g
Euxyl PE 9010	1%	5 g
TOTAL	100%	500 g

Method

1. Sanitise all equipment and containers.
2. Add distilled water.
3. Add glycerine and mix.
4. Add hydrolysed collagen.
5. Add hydrolysed wheat protein.
6. Add Hyaluronic Acid 1% solution.
7. Mix gently until uniform.
8. Add Euxyl PE 9010.
9. Mix thoroughly but gently.
10. Check and adjust final pH to approximately 5.0–5.5.
11. Fill into a pump or serum bottle.

Note: Because your HA is a 1% solution, using 5% of that solution provides approximately 0.05% actual hyaluronic acid in the finished serum.

3. LIGHTWEIGHT HYDRATING FACE CREAM

500 g batch

Ingredient	%	Grams
Distilled water	78%	390 g
Glycerine	3%	15 g
Hyaluronic Acid 1% solution	3%	15 g
Jojoba oil	5%	25 g
Squalane	3%	15 g
Olivem 1000	4.5%	22.5 g
Cetyl Alcohol	1%	5 g
Hydrolysed Collagen	1%	5 g
Vitamin E	0.5%	2.5 g
Euxyl PE 9010	1%	5 g
TOTAL	100%	500 g

Method

PHASE A – WATER PHASE

1. Sanitise all equipment.
2. Add distilled water to the main vessel.
3. Add glycerine.
4. Heat to approximately 70–75°C.

PHASE B – OIL PHASE

5. In a separate vessel combine:
   • Jojoba oil
   • Squalane
   • Olivem 1000
   • Cetyl alcohol
6. Heat to approximately 70–75°C.
7. Stir until the Olivem 1000 and cetyl alcohol have completely melted.

EMULSIFICATION

8. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A while mixing.
9. Mix until a uniform emulsion forms.
10. Continue gentle mixing while cooling.

COOL-DOWN PHASE

11. Once the cream is below approximately 40°C, add:

• Hyaluronic Acid 1% solution
• Hydrolysed Collagen
• Vitamin E
• Euxyl PE 9010

12. Mix thoroughly.
13. Check and adjust the final pH to approximately 5.0–5.5.
14. Continue mixing until cool and uniform.
15. Fill into a clean, sanitised pump container.

This gives you a coordinated range where HA is used throughout, but the serum remains the main hydration product while the cream provides the richer moisturising step without being heavy.
