Cooling Essential Oil Foot Soak for Hot Burning Feet
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Epsom salts
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, or fractionated coconut oil
- 2 drops Lavender essential oil
- 2 drops Frankincense essential oil
- 1 drop Peppermint essential oil
- 1 tablespoon full-fat milk
Method
- Mix the essential oils with the carrier oil and the full-fat milk.
- Stir the mixture into the Epsom salts and sea salt.
- Add to a basin of cool to lukewarm water and stir well.
- Soak your feet for 15–20 minutes before bed.
- Dry your feet thoroughly.
This soothing foot soak may help cool hot, tired feet and promote relaxation before bedtime.
Safety
- Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
- If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
