Glow Daily Face Cream
Create a lightweight, silky facial moisturizer that hydrates the skin while supporting a healthy, radiant complexion. This beginner-friendly formula features Niacinamide, D-Panthenol, Squalane and Kalahari Melon Seed Oil for a modern “glow” skincare routine.
Phase A (Water Phase)
- Distilled Water – 74.0 g
- Glycerine – 5.0 g
- Niacinamide – 5.0 g
- D-Panthenol – 2.0 g
B (Oil Phase)
- Emulsifying Wax NF – 5.0 g
- Cetyl Alcohol – 2.0 g
- Squalane – 3.0 g
- Kalahari Melon Seed Oil – 2.5 g
C (Cool Down Phase)
- Vitamin E – 0.5 g
- Euxyl PE 9010 – 1.0 g
Total: 100 g
Method
- Weigh all Phase A ingredients into a heatproof beaker. Stir until the niacinamide and D-Panthenol have completely dissolved.
- Weigh all Phase B ingredients into a second heatproof beaker.
- Heat both phases separately to 70–75°C.
- Pour Phase B into Phase A while mixing with a stick blender or homogenizer.
- Blend for 2–3 minutes until a smooth emulsion forms.
- Continue stirring gently while the cream cools.
- Once the temperature is below 40°C, add the Vitamin E and Euxyl PE 9010. Mix thoroughly.
- Check the final pH. The ideal pH is 5.2–5.8. Adjust if necessary.
- Pour into clean, sanitized jars or, preferably, airless pump bottles.
