Orange & Cinnamon Foaming Sugar Scrub

A creamy, foaming body scrub that combines fine sugar exfoliation with gentle cleansing and the warm, uplifting fragrance of orange and cinnamon.

• 358.5 g Fine White Sugar
• 55 g Coco Glucoside
• 45 g Decyl Glucoside
• 25 g Lamesoft PO 65
• 10 g Glycerine
• 4 g Euxyl PE 9010
• 2.5 g Orange & Cinnamon Fragrance

Method

1. Combine the Liquid Ingredients

Place the Coco Glucoside, Decyl Glucoside, Lamesoft PO 65 and Glycerine into a clean mixing bowl.

Mix gently until well combined.

Avoid vigorous mixing as the glucosides will create foam.

2. Add the Preservative

Add the Euxyl PE 9010 and mix thoroughly.

3. Add the Fragrance

Add the Orange & Cinnamon Fragrance and mix thoroughly.

4. Add the Sugar

Gradually add the fine white sugar while mixing gently.

Continue mixing until all the sugar is evenly coated and the scrub has a uniform consistency.

5. Check the Consistency

The finished scrub should be thick and scoopable.

Allow the scrub to stand for several hours before making a final assessment of the texture.

6. Package

Transfer into a clean, dry cosmetic jar.

A wide-mouth jar is recommended for easy dispensing.

How to Use

Apply a small amount to damp skin.

Massage gently over the body using circular movements.

Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Use 1–2 times per week.

Avoid the face, broken skin and irritated areas.

Important: This is an anhydrous formulation and contains no added water. However, water can be introduced during use, particularly when used in the shower. Appropriate testing is therefore recommended before selling the finished product.
