WHY Tallow Works for Hair Growth
Tallow is rich in fatty acids similar to our scalp’s natural oils, helping:

EASY Tallow Shampoo Bar (Cold Process – Budget Friendly)
INGREDIENTS (500g batch)
Beef Tallow – 200g
Coconut Oil – 120g
Olive Oil – 100g
Castor Oil – 80g
Distilled Water – 170g
Sodium Hydroxide (Lye) – 65g
OPTIONAL (Hair Growth Boost)
Rosemary Essential Oil – 1%
Peppermint Essential Oil – 0.5%
This is a very balanced formula (cleansing + conditioning) based on traditional ratios used in tallow shampoo bars
METHOD
Melt tallow + oils together
Mix lye into water (safely!)
Cool both to ±40–45°C
Blend to light trace
Add essential oils
Pour into mould
Unmould after 24 hrs
Cure 4 weeks
Proper curing is important for hardness and mildness

EASY CONDITIONER BAR (NO LYE – VERY BEGINNER FRIENDLY)
INGREDIENTS (100g batch)
BTMS-25 or BTMS-50 – 40g
Shea Butter – 25g
Cocoa Butter – 15g
Sweet Almond Oil – 15g
Cetyl Alcohol – 5g
OPTIONAL (Growth Boost)
Rosemary Essential Oil – 0.5–1%
Vitamin E – 0.5%
METHOD
Melt everything in double boiler
Stir until smooth
Pour into mould
Set in fridge (30–60 mins)
Ready to use next day

Massage scalp daily
