Arthritis Relief Bath Soak

Ingredients
500g Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate)
250g Himalayan Pink Salt or Sea Salt
2 tablespoons Colloidal Oatmeal
1 tablespoon Chamomile Powder (optional)
10 drops Lavender Fragrance or Essential Oil
5 drops Rosemary Essential Oil (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Add to a warm bath (not overly hot).
Soak for 20–30 minutes.
For a 5kg Batch
3kg Epsom Salt
1.75kg Himalayan Pink Salt or Sea Salt
200g Colloidal Oatmeal
50g Chamomile Powder
20–30ml Lavender Fragrance Oil
10–15ml Rosemary Essential Oil

For sore, stiff joints I’d make:
“Joint Ease Bath Soak”
Epsom Salt
Pink Salt
Colloidal Oatmeal
Lavender
Frankincense
Rosemary
It smells lovely and is very relaxing after a long day.
One thing to keep in mind: bath soaks can help ease stiffness, muscle tension, and discomfort, but they won’t treat the underlying arthritis itself. Many people find that a warm Epsom salt bath before bed helps them sleep more comfortably.
