Method
- Weigh the shea butter, coconut oil, beeswax and sweet almond oil into a heat-resistant jug.
- Place the jug in a double boiler and gently heat until all the ingredients have melted.
- Remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Add the vitamin E and essential oil blend.
- Stir thoroughly to ensure the essential oils are evenly distributed.
- Pour into clean, dry balm jars.
- Allow to cool and solidify completely before closing the containers.

How to Use
Apply a small amount to the chest and upper back and massage gently.
