Shea butter – 15 g

Beeswax pellets – 12 g

Vitamin E (tocopherol) – 0.5 g
Essential Oils (Total 2.5 g / ±2.5%)

Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) – 0.8 g

Peppermint (Mentha piperita) – 0.6 g
-
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) – 0.5 g
-
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) – 0.4 g
-
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) – 0.2 g

Eucalyptus & Peppermint – cooling, pain-relieving

Rosemary – improves circulation, joint stiffness

Ginger – warming, anti-inflammatory

Lavender – soothing, reduces tension
Method
-
Melt phase
In a heat-safe container, gently melt the beeswax, shea butter, and arnica oil using a double boiler. -
Cool slightly
Remove from heat and allow to cool to about 45–50°C. -
Add actives
Stir in vitamin E and all essential oils. -
Pour & set
Pour into sterilised tins or jars. Let set at room temperature.
Usage

Massage a small amount into sore joints or muscles 2–3 times daily.

Ideal for arthritis, back pain, sports recovery, and tension.
Shelf Life

6–9 months (store cool and dry)

Vitamin E helps slow oxidation.

Optional Variations

Extra warming: Add 0.1 g black pepper essential oil

Cooling sports balm: Increase peppermint slightly and reduce ginger
