Gentle Creamy Exfoliating Body Wash – 1 Litre

This gentle sulphate-free body wash creates a creamy luxurious foam while cleansing without drying the skin. The biodegradable wax beads provide mild exfoliation suitable for everyday use.

Ingredients – 1000g / 1 Litre

Phase A – Water Phase

Distilled Water – 695g

Glycerine – 30g

Acrylates Copolymer – 8g

Phase B – Surfactants

Lauryl Glucoside – 120g

Dehyton (Cocamidopropyl Betaine) – 120g

Phase C – Conditioning & Additives

Lamesoft PO65 – 25g

Euxyl PE9010 – 8g

Fragrance Oil – 10g

Colour – as desired

Phase D – Exfoliating Beads

Biodegradable Wax Beads – 14g

Optional

Citric Acid Solution – for pH adjustment

Method

Step 1 – Prepare the Thickener

Add the glycerine into a mixing bowl.

Slowly sprinkle the Acrylates Copolymer into the glycerine while stirring continuously to prevent clumping.

Mix until smooth.

Step 2 – Add Water

Slowly add the distilled water while mixing gently.

Allow the mixture to hydrate for 10–15 minutes until fully dispersed.

Step 3 – Add Surfactants

Add the Dehyton (Cocamidopropyl Betaine) and stir gently.

Slowly add the Lauryl Glucoside while mixing carefully to minimise foaming.

Step 4 – Add Lamesoft PO65

Add the Lamesoft PO65 and stir until fully incorporated.

Step 5 – Add Preservative & Fragrance

Add:

Euxyl PE9010

Fragrance oil

Colour

Mix gently until evenly combined.

Step 6 – Adjust pH

Check the pH and slowly adjust using diluted citric acid solution until the final pH reaches:

Step 7 – Add Wax Beads

Fold in the biodegradable wax beads gently to avoid damaging them.

Step 8 – Rest the Product

Allow the body wash to stand overnight.
